Stretch Marks

Hey lovelies! What are your go to recommendation to help prevent stretch marks? (If I end up with them then it’s something I’ll totally accept as it’s all part of growing my beautiful little boy) 🩵

Bio oil works well at fading them

Nothing really prevents them, it’s just genetics really but like the comment above bio oil helps them fade 💛

Look up secret saviours. The creams and pants are expensive but worth every penny. I used it with both of mine and my bumps were huge. I was 6 days overdue with no 2 too, it’s amazing

I used the mama Mio stuff on my belly and don't think I have any stretch marks I do on my boobs which I did not use cream on 🙈

Any sort of moisturiser will help, don't forget to do thighs as well, my stomach is stretch mark free but my thighs have loads because I didn't think about it

I've used Palmer's oil and baby oil day and night since I found out I was pregnant and didn't miss one time so far and currently no marks. I think my water intake has also helped. I've bought some Nivea Q10 firming creams to start postpartum too.

I've been using bio oil

I know it’s not a preventative but I’ve heard that silicon scar tape is meant to be really good at reducing them after (I think frida mom does one specifically for reducing csection scarring). I’ve been meaning to order some of the tape from Amazon for a couple months now, will update if I get around to getting them :) x

Meant to add as well, I was using the coconut bump butter by my little coco every day before my stretch marks arrived and then I stopped for a week and my stretch marks really came in strong (not sure if that was just a coincidence or not though). I only got stretch marks like 6 weeks before she was born

Welleda stretch mark oil I had 2 under 2 and helped massively
