Strange mark

Does anyone know what this is? I thought it was a scratch but I’ve kept my eye on it and it’s been there for a while now It feels like a scratch too like an indent where the line is I’ve had baby moisturiser on her after the bath but it just doesn’t seem to be healing so I’m worried it’s something else?
