Paranoid 🙃

Since my baby was born I've been paranoid about overheating. As we've gone through winter I've gotten into the habit of putting her to bed in a vest, sleepsuit and a 2.5 tog sleep bag - her room tends to be 16-18 degrees.

Tonight after I've put her to bed in what I normally dress her in I get a notification from the thermometer in her room to say it's currently 20.2 in there and now I'm panicking that I should have put her in a lighter sleep bag... Is 2.5 tog okay or should I go in and change her?? I know the temp will likely drop as the night goes on but I'm just worried 😬

Maybe just a long sleeve vest and sleep bag? My lg has been sweating for the last couple weeks so I've just put her in a vest and sleep bag and she's been fine xx

Last night I put my son in pj shorts and too no vest ( he never wears a vest anyway due to letting his skin breathe as he has bad eczema x

I did the same as you and I was hot the night myself and worried about her so I think I’m going to continue vest and sleepsuit but with 1.5 tog bag or ditch the vest with the 2.5 tog x

Mine doesn’t wear sleeping bags ; she hates them because she can’t roll or sleep on her side with them . I just put her pijamas and a thin jumper and she was fine . I checked her and her back and chest her warm which means there were protected x
