Nipple cream/oil
What’s your favorite nipple cream/oil for breastfeeding/pumping? Does anyone just use almond oil/cocoa butter/coconut oil, something like that rather than a special nipple product?

Coconut oil works great for me, safe for babies to feed and lanolin cream didn’t suit me after a while
Earth mama nipple butter is my savior!! I have one in each room of my house for when I pump lol

Unrefined virgin Coconut is really the best way to go.
You can use other nipple creams but that coconut oil is a natural oil that works just fine .
Lanolin, coconut oil really dried out my nipple and caused pain

Well it's all I could use bc olive oil and coconut oil both cause extremely dry skin for me, it's best to put breast milk then lanolin or even water
