Should I let this be or what.

Long post warning haha. I have a half brother and sister. I haven’t been much in a relationship with them because of our ages (I’m 8-10 years younger then them.) recently because of my daughter I’ve gotten closer to my sister, but my relationship with my brother is horrendous. The main reason is that he has abused me and my child’s father. Like physically and emotionally, verbally. Even my mother but she lets it go cause…sorry to say: “that’s my child”. Im able to walk away and such but my daughter cannot. Im mainly worried is that my daughter will be with my mother and somehow she will come into contact with him while I’m not there. Currently I’m not comfortable with him touching or being around her unsupervised. (For the abuse issues.) Another thing that brought these thoughts up were that on Easter, he had showed up to church and I didn’t know, had I did I would’ve have gone. Overall I was uncomfortable but with a public space no abuse could happen. The main question is that should I let my daughter be over with my mom when my brother is over her house, and I’m not present.

Personally I wouldn't let my son near him. Especially if he's been known to be physical too. Whether or not he aims any at your daughter while your mum is there she could witness it aimed at your mum and young children or toddlers even babies learn a lot from what they witness. I wouldn't want to risk that imo best case my son grows up thinking its acceptable and worst case gets hurt
