I’ve just noticed a rash on harps back, neck and belly does anyone have any recommendations on what to put on it and what I could be from?

My little girl has the exact same on her stomach! She had it about 2 weeks ago all over her body and the doctors said it was heat rash, she put oilatum on her twice a day and it cleared it up until today!
I hope she’s okay, I’ll try that on her and hopefully it will clear it up, Thank you so much x
