Hi ladies. My LG have horrible caught and she is unable to sleep. How do you use vapour rub for best results? Can I apply it directly to the back and chest skin? I heard people apply to their feet and then place the socks on for the night xx

Don’t use vapour rub on baby, it is stated on the label that you’re not supposed to as well. Please find an alternative that’s safe to use. I use Olbas oil for children( has koala on the label) put a couple of drops on their cloth front and back around their neck area. You can also do a drop on their bedding. There’s also Calpol Plug and you can plug in for the night. These work well and help them to sleep better through the night.
@Nattinan it's says on the label that you do not use it for babies under 3 months and over 3 months you can apply small amount on their chest and throat area. I'm soo confused now
@Nattinan sorry, it may confused you. I meant snuffle babe vapour rub. Not the standard Vicks one

I’ve got the snuffle one and I applied it to his neck so he could smell it but couldn’t lick it or unlikely to touch it

I have snuggle and baby Vicks. I put either on his lower chest and on his feet then put socks on over. Calpol plug ins work well for us too x
@Liz I just applied it so hopefully she will sleep better x

I usually put it on my lg’s chest and back. Tried the feet but didn’t notice any difference. The calpol plug ins are so good if they are bunged up

Ahh ok, I instantly thought Vicks Vapour rub. I personally never use it, but Calpol plug has work well for us.
