Birthing....
I will probably give birth in hospital. Are any of you taking or thinking of using a tens machine?
May I also ask if anyone knows if the hospital provides a birthing ball, or whether you have to take one with you?

In the birth centre they definitely will have a birthing ball
Worth checking for normal delivery suite rooms / labour ward
They should have a birthing ball… loved the TENS machine with my first, just make sure you get it on early enough for it to be most effective. You can buy or rent them
@Clementine what TENS machine did you use?
The Elle one (rented through home birth supplies as rented a birth pool for home birth too). It was fab, I wore it for aaaages!!
