Major diarrhea and cramping is this normal??
Sorry this may be gross.
Iv been on the toilet for 2 hours now is this normal as it's not accompanied with back pain or vaginal bleeding? Its just severe painful diarrhea. I'm 37 weeks. Should I wait it out?

No please go and get checked out !! You can get dehydrated with diarrhea especially if it severe
I’ve heard it’s a sign of labor so I agree with the other person to go get checked out
I’ve heard from a few girlfriends this happened to them right before they started labor
