How was ur first period after birth?
Firstly I forgot we got those cus it's been so long & can't believe we still do, so annoying
Secondly I'm EBF so idk why I got it so quick , just stopped bleeding at 6 weeks then next week got my period 🙄🙄🙄
Third I used to have really heavy bleeding & bad cramps now I'm only getting the bleeding thank God
Haven't even got a chance to take BC yet

I got my first period around 5 months postpartum, also EBF, and it was excruciating! The cramps were so bad they had me almost falling to the floor in a ball. The next one after that was fine and just like before pregnancy, and I haven’t had one that bad since. (I’m now 16 months pp).

I’ve heard some people’s periods are much better after pregnancy so you might be one of the lucky ones!!
