I’m 38 weeks and have NO signs of labor whatsoever. This is my second baby. My first came out early at 36 weeks and I was prepared for an early birth this time around.
However, baby is comfortable in there and my body has shown no signs besides mild Braxton Hicks. Can I still go into labor by myself?? Doctor vaguely mentioned an induction in 10 days due to baby being a little big. I’m so over being pregnant and want to avoid a medical induction 😢

Yes you could still go in to labour by yourself you just got to be patient, I was in the same boat about over being pregnant then at 39 weeks +6 days i was in labour

Speaking from experience, I wouldn’t accept an induction unless absolutely necessary. Have you asked midwife or consultant for some advice?

You can always deny a medical induction. Especially if it’s because your baby may be big. Doctors are often inaccurate when predicting baby’s size. And people give birth to big babies all of the time.
Good luck hopefully you go into labour soon!
