Can you use vicks in a hot bowl and leave in room for newborn baby?
My LO is 3 weeks old and has a very blocked nose - it’s keeping him up.
Can I leave a hot bowl with vicks in his room? I won’t put it on his body. Can’t find any information online.

Might be too young for that but there’s massages you can do to help with congestion. Not sure if you can use baby Vicks to do it for added efficacy but worth a google or even ask health visitor or doctor/pharmacist. For the massages Google or you can find a baby massage course
