At risk of sounding super dumb, when can my little one have a pillow in his crib?

I bought a pillow for my child’s bed around 13 months, BUT wasn’t comfortable until about 20-24 months for him to actually lay on it lol still to this day I be like 👀, knowing he is more than capable of sleeping on a pillow. He actually prefers it now lol

My son is 18 months old, and I still don't use one

Doctors only recommended a pillow if they’re poorly to prop their head up if their nose is blocked. Otherwise they say it has to be a flat surface. Although I’m sure at that age they can?

I just let him have a pillow and blanket and stay watching him until he falls asleep and then take it away before going to bed myself 😂

We gave my LO a pillow at 13 months & it massively improved his sleep.

On the packaging for his it said suitable for 12m+ :)
