Help;

Any ideas what this could be. Hasnt gotten any worse since it appeared. My lo is 22 months.

My little girl has the same. Told eszema then told fungal skin infection but still none the wiser

Looks a bit like impetigo which would need antibiotic cream but strange if hasn’t got any worse. Is it itchy? Impetigo is also very contagious x
