Baby acne?
My baby has these red spots and some white dots on her face. Is there anything anyone recommends to help with it? She also has really dry skin that no cream seems to help.

Mine had this too and i heard it’s totally normal! I left my baby’s alone and it went away on its own. Some have told me to put either breastmilk or virgin coconut oil on it.
My baby had pretty bad baby acne too when she was a couple weeks old. I would use baby aquaphor and mix some of my breast milk with it sometimes and it would help. Also breast milk baths helped her too once her stump fell off. It will clear up eventually it’s definitely normal 💞
My boys got the same thing right now. As far as I’ve researched, best to leave it alone and it will clear itself.
My baby has this. I left it and got dry and looked worse. Using an emollient for 1 day and looks way better in one day. She's 6 weeks
wipe her face everyday/other day with a warm cloth.
I would use cooled boiled water x 2 day to clean skin. Use cotton wool pads x 3 ( one for each cheek and one forehead), probably overkill but didnt want to cross contaminate
