AO Arena - Breast Pumps

I'm going to the AO Arena tomorrow it says no backpacks etc. I need to bring my electric breast pumps with me and I'll need ice packs and will have breast milk on me as we are going to be out of the house for around 9 hours. Has anybody had any experience with this? Hoping they make exceptions for things like this or will hold items for you, I have reached out to ask but haven't heard back yet.

In my experience you are allowed to take in small bags (up to A4 size). They will check inside at the door but you should be ok to take it inside!

I'd try and message them to confirm as I've found the security staff unsure on their rules, depending on who searches you. I've taken in a bag before but my friend got refused with her bag and a other was told no equipment of any kind 🤷‍♀️

Thanks both, just to update I received a response this morning via email I've been added to an exceptions list and told to make myself known to certain members of staff on arrival so definitely worth asking in advance :)
