Hi, I have a moderate to severe prolapse and if you would like advice I suggest you seek help from a physiotherapist who specializes in pelvic floor muscles. They can give you exercises to do to strengthen your pelvic floor and hopefully help you during your pregnancy. They have useful info to share as well. If it worsens, you might be able to get a referral for a pessary fit with a gynecologist. Good luck :)

i have the same as my pelvic floor physio said that it shouldn’t affect having another child but I must keep my pelvic floor strong. Dont let yourself get constipation or apply pressure when going toilet. Buy a squatty potty and adjust diet if its an issue.

Any updates? I’ve noticed what feels like a prolapse when I use the bathroom and I too am pregnant.
