Now that we've started our TTC journey, I'm trying to do ALLLL the fertility-boosting things! π
I've read about how pomegranate is supposed to be good for fertility - increasing blood flow to the uterus and promoting a healthy uterine lining.
I know there are loads more fertility foods out there - I've probably written about most of them!
And while I love pomegranates, they're so much work! And I don't like the idea of buying a plastic tub of the seeds because it seems so anti-environment π
So what are your go-to fertility foods and why? And how do you work them into your routine (realistically)? TIA π

Pomegranate juice, eggs and spinach have been my go to!

Eggs and vegetables xx

ooh yeah, I'd read about spinach - omelette with spinach and feta is my new breakfast π₯°

Def eating more eggs already! What sorts of veggies?

Iβve been eating smoked salmon, an egg, avocado and blueberries every day. Not sure if they are doing anything but I feel like itβs worth trying. I also take folic acid and vitamin D x

Beetroot juice!
