Time to read?

How are you all finding time to read? My baby is a serial contact napper and wakes constantly through the night, he’s 9 months! I miss reading

Following cause, I miss it too.. and it's crazy not having some time to spend the way we were doing it before...

I read on kindle on my phone now x

In the middle of the night just to get myself calm and sleepy after early morning feeds x

I used to read during contact naps, if you struggle holding books then either a kindle or the kindle app on your phone makes it easier ☺️

audiobooks and novellas!

Kindle app! Or Libby app! ☺️

Kindle app on my phone. I read with one hand when he's feeding at night or contact napping during the day

Kindle makes it so much easier

Seems like I better dig my kindle back out, all my tbr books on the bookcase will have to wait 😂😂

Search for your tbr physical books on kindle as you can find a lot for 99p or on prime reading or kindle unlimited for free. It means I have physical book for when I'm able to read it and kindle for when I can't. Or the libby app. All free as long as u have a library card but the interface isn't as good

I have a 10 month old and just last month decided I would read at least one page before bed even if exhausted. Giving me small targets but managed to finish the new Thursday murder club with its nice short chapters and now onto the next book!

I read on my kindle or phone during the night if my LO wakes & I’m cuddling her back to sleep & during contact naps during the day. Also now my daughter is 6 months old, she goes to bed at around 7pm so I read in the evenings if I have time :)

Also, check out word runner on the kindle app. Then you can read without having to turn the pages

Forgot to mention I also use playbooks

I read on my phone and my kindle while they contact nap or feed x

Audiobooks at night. My little one seems to like the narrators voice, very soothing.

I read 1 book last year but my New Year’s resolution for this year was to read a book a month and so far I’m on track. My LG is nearly 17 months now so I read at night after she goes to bed now for an hour or so. She does still contact nap in the day sometimes and I read then too.

I've bought a kindle in preparation of contact naps and long night feeding :)

Audiobooks for in the car or when on walks (he generally sleeps in his pram). I also read when I’m pumping. My LB doesn’t like to contact nap on me anymore but I have to lie next to him so will sometimes read then if I can’t escape.

I got a kindle a few months before my kid was born. She's 3 now but I used to read when she napped (also a contact napper) and now I read when I'm boobing her to sleep at bedtime.

Libby app on my phone. Finished 2 books in 1 week, helped me stay sane during the cluster feeding!

Kindle or read a book while feeding or when baby is napping on you. I also love audiobooks for when out walking with the pram. Spotify have a huge collection now and it's more cost effective than audible
