Supply feels gone

I spent 3 days away from my 17 month old and my supply has well and truly taken a hit. She’s trying to feed but nothing is coming I can’t hear her swallowing and she’s getting annoyed swapping sides. The last 3 feeds haven’t been the same. When I was away I pumped but barely anything was coming out and I was so so sore. I’ve not been anywhere for the last 17 months for this very reason and it’s happening. I don’t want our journey to end like this. I’m so mad at myself for ruining it for her. Any advice please

You can definitely bring it back up. Apply heat to your breasts. Take a shower and run the water as hot as you can take it and use a comb and literally comb your milk from the top of your boobs down to the nipples. Also do you have access to herbs like blessed thistle, fennel, or marshmallow root? If so you can drink these as teas (or you can do capsules if that’s what you have access to) Don’t give up. You can do it. If you don’t have access to any of the herbs I mentioned, I have a tea blend that I can mail to you. You got this mama!
