Baptism Reception - Help!

Hi Mamas, We’re baptizing our little miracle soon and I’m a bit undecided on what to serve after. On the invite I put - “brunch to follow” but at the same time the baptism is ending around 10:30 - 12 & the reception is right after in the parish hall of my church. Should it just be lunch - sandwiches, salad, drinks & dessert? We’re expecting 100 people or so and I don’t want anyone to be hungry but I also don’t want to break the bank like I did for my baby shower & offer a hefty meal with hors d’oeuvres, entrees, open bar and desserts….HELP!
