Overnight diapers

Hi mamas! I heard Huggies overnights are amazing but he’s not a size 3 yet. Only a size 2 but he soaks through his diapers overnight because he does like a 10 hour night and we dont want to wake him in the middle to change because it gets him really upset. Any suggestions for overnight options that work? Like 10-12 hours ?

Maybe size up. My older son wears 5 in Kirland diapers, I buy him size 6 in Huggies Overnights.

Yeah we size up for overnight. It helps a lot

We use targets overnight diapers for my toddler but not sure what size they start at. My baby is in size 2 right now and doesn’t sleep quite that long the most she’s slept is 7 hours and has came nowhere near leaking out her Kirkland size 2 diaper and she pees a lot. They are my favorite diapers out of several we’ve tried.

My toddler is in size 3 Honest and we buy size 4 Honest overnights. We also learned that if his room is too cold, he pees more at night. We make sure his room is warmer now and haven’t had any wet mornings since.

My baby isn't sleeping that long just yet. But we have done some longer stretches between night time diapers and haven't had leaks in the millie moon diapers from target. They are super soft and really absorbent. We've also had luck with the honest diapers holding up during the longer night stretches.

Agree with sizing up for nighttime, especially if baby is near/in between sizes. We use Huggies Special Delivery or Millie Moon for overnights or car trips because they are the most absorbent - she just slept 9-10hrs a couple days recently and she was maybe a little clammy when I changed her on wakeup but not moist or wet. She is currently in between 1&2 but I have her in size 2 for her nighttime diapers while I use up the rest of our mama bear size 1 during the day lol.

I am having the same issue with the diapers at night. My baby is only in a size 1, but I can’t find any brand of diapers that make overnight ones in size 1. He has started peeing through his diapers every day now :/

@Mackenzie have you tried size 2? We went to size 2 at like 8 Weeks because ours was peeing through so much!

@josephine I haven’t, they will probably be super big on him. But it’s worth a try!

Give it a try and see! You can always save them for when he does size up so atleast they won’t go to waste. But ours wasn’t at the weight requirement yet but somehow he still needed to size up!
