Scratch at Nursery

My son started a nursery in January. In his first week, we sent him in with a rocket as he loves rocket. A child at nursery tried to take it from him, a struggle happened, and the child hit my son on the face with the rocket. When he gets upset, you can still see the scar from this. Another incident, the same child was playing with a toy and my son when for the toy. The child hit my son with this toy, and my son STILL has visible scars from this one on his face. Today, my son has come back home with another scratch on his face, and guess who did it? The same kid. I want to have a detailed conversation with the nursery about this, but my wife thinks I am overreacting. I don't want him to think it's okay to be constantly hit ok the face. He has been there less than 4 months, and I am worried the nursery is not taking this seriously. What would you do if it were you? Am I overeating?

You are not overreacting. Talk to the nursery.... i mean, i will.

I want to see all the classroom teachers from director, head teacher of the class, to assistant helpers. I want to see that kid, and that kid parents. We gonna solve this issue TODAY! Don't touch anyone kid! Don't hit anyone kid! This is unacceptable, it starts at home! You are not overreacting at all. Do what you have to do to protect your child. You are his voice, make this nonsense stop. I stand with you!
