Bottle feeding advice

Hi my little boy is 11 weeks old and on size 1 teat still. When he drinks some of his milk dribbles out of his mouth and goes over him. Not a lot but enough to get a bib wet through. Is this a sign that I should try the next stage teat? My only concern moving him up is that he guzzles his milk. He’s having 210ml bottles (which I think is 7oz) and they are gone within 10-15mins with burbs halfway through the bottle. Thank you.
