Best Yarn for baby blanket

Debbie Bliss cashmerino Aran. It has some acrylic at about 30%, merino and cashmere. It's lovely and soft, and I've made several items with it, in the aran and the DK. There is a sale on at lovecrafts, I think it's a bit cheaper than usual. Cotton is lovely, I tend to have cotton for spring and summer blankets, and depending on brand and thickness, they are a little heavier.
