How old is your LO? Mine is now 4 months but has never been a good sleeper! She wakes up about 3 or 4 times too

just turned 4 months today. She started waking up more in the past few days then normal but I think that’s either from the regression or the fact that we transitioned out of the swaddle.

Definitely not abnormal. When they're this young, it's normal for them to still wake to eat. They're also figuring out their sleep cycles still, so it's not super easy for them yet. It also sounds like the regression too. Mine hits 4 months on Monday, but has gone from sleeping 5-6 hours the first bit to only 3.5-4.5. We had 3 wakings last night, but we've had nights of 4-5 wakings too

She could be going through a growth spurt ik when my baby does his sleep is a little off and his eating but usually he wakes 1-2 times

I think it’s either all that or because we transitioned to not a swaddle. We’ve been trying the Merlin suit but I don’t think either of us is a fan. We tried it the past three nights and each has been rough. So I’m going to try a sleep sack tonight.

My daughter is four months and also wakes up every 2-3 hours during the night. Her pediatrician said 90% of babies are sleeping through the night by now. But my daughter also only eats 2-3 ounces each feeding (but more often every 1.5-2 hours). I have tried spacing out her feedings but she still only eats like 3.5 ounces maximum so it’s why she doesn’t sleep long hours through the night since she gets hungry more often

My December 2022 baby sleeps worse than my December 2023 baby they are just all super different 💕

Why did you transition out of swaddle? Is she already rolling over?

no not yet. People were saying once she shows signs of rolling I should. She just rolls onto her side during diaper changes and now in her bassinet. She does roll from tummy to back but not back to tummy yet. Can I still be swaddling her? Last night was a VERY rough night and I’d really like to get some sleep.
