Okay, but how do mummas bounce back after birth? Like I’ve had 4 bubbas and it’s like I just get bigger and bigger every baby. Even though I try and workout and eat healthy I just can barely lose weight anymore.
Help me understand hahaha

Go in a calorie deficit 100% the only way and walking everyday

Genetics plays a part in "bouncing back."
Calorie deficit will help you lose weight. 0.5-1lb per week is healthy loss, so don't rush it.

Also make sure you’re doing the right kinds of exercises, some can even be harmful postpartum. If you’re doing cardio exercises duration does matter, less than 10 minutes in a set is not very affective for some in decent shape. Caloric deficit is important but the biggest thing is a sustainable dietary change, go for quality calories instead of just trying to worry about numbers. Nutrient dense meals that work with your goals but please avoid fad diets and keep eating your carbs. They are so important nutritionally.
