Professionally I work as a dietitian- make sure you’re eating plenty of fiber rich foods & drinking lots of water. (Oatmeal, whole grains, beans, fruits, veggies) - I just discovered Olipop - which has 9g of fiber! Your min daily goal is 25-30g. And last but not least Miralax is safe if needed.

I’ve barely been able to stomach much outside of certain fruits and veggies. The idea of carbs make my stomach turn 😅

I love to make overnight oats and load them full of chai seeds, nuts, and fruits. That plus tons of water and a daily probiotic has helped me a lot!
