I don’t know if I’m too dumb or if it’s a commun struggle but I can’t make it work properly 😂
If I block one side of the tube and pump only with one tube it works but when I try to pump both sides it barely pump on one side and the other one doesn’t pump at all… I don’t know what I can do
I can’t return it as it I got it second hand so I just wanted to know if I do something wrong or do I have to change a piece?
And the other question is : is it normal that when it pumps I still have to hold the bottle with my hands otherwise it falls cause the suction isn’t hard enough (even tho it’s on the max on the machine) or is there something wrong with the machine? 😂

I haven't seen this Medela model, but I know most pumps have different settings. I would always start with an initiation pump setting for my letdown and then would set the pump to a setting that was similar to how my LO nursed on me. I'd look up some YouTube videos on this model for tips!
And yes... you have to hold onto the bottles unless you get a pumping/nursing bra that lets you be hands-free. I held onto the bottles for the longest time, then got sick of just sitting there doing nothing but pumping. I bought a couple of momcozy hands-free pumping/nursing bras on Amazon and it was so nice to carry my pump around and do other things, or just be able to use my hands and read or eat while I pumped.

The bottle should just screw on, you don’t need to hold it.. well shouldn’t need to anyway x I had one of these it’s pretty good
