If it’s only happening in the shower I would assume it’s the heat. I get light headed in the shower if it’s too hot or I am in there too long. Nothing to do with my eye sight;
For me it’s about my blood pressure being low x

I agree probably the heat, and maybe moving your head around too quickly. No point in getting an eye test your eye sight changes so much in pregnancy best to wait until after.

Make sure you go to triage about this could be pre elcemipcia

Ive had this a few times during pregnancy turns out it was detached retina. This was from rubbing my eyes or blowing my nose. I would still check with your midwife.

I got this when my iron was very low, could be worth asking for iron tablets xx

I started feeling the same a couple of weeks ago, turned out had low blood pressure and I was severely anemic. Go have some bloods ASAP!
