Stroller and carseat combo
So my LO is gonna be 6 months may 9th, he is 27 inches long and his car seat allows up to 30inches. I have not adjusted the straps because the pediatrician informed me that you adjust by weight. I did not plan on replacing the vet so soon but I want my son to be safe and comfortable. Any suggestions on a combo set that would possible grow with him and last a while. I worried by the time he six month he will already be 30 inches, so I need to start looking and researching asap. What combo set are you guys using for your tall LO?

So, the infant car seat can be used up untill , height weight or less than 1 inch from top of car seat.
At 6 months old, a child can actually be in the seat of the stroller itself and doesn't need to be in the car seat clicked on top of it. If they are not yet steady, you can have the seat more reclined rather than fully upright if it's a stroller that allows recline options ( if it doesn't, a rolled towel on each side to help keep baby stable)

You don't need the next seat yet, but you are close to needing the next seat
Convertible seat is the next seat. Most are two modes.... Some have three mode options
Keep the seat itself if you plan to have another infant in the next 4-5 years or less ( most infant seats are good for 6-7 years.... Expiration varies by manufacturer, so check your manual to know how long it is good for)
You can use convertible from the start.... But most babies don't fit well in a convertible seat until they are older babies.....
Only a few convertibles fit babies well, and babies are also very floppy
I guess I will just get a convertible when it's time.
Target is running sales on convertible seats!.... We have an expired seat, and an unusable seat ( FF only seat), and a damaged seat.... And four bases that I can take in for their program ( recycling damaged and expired ones..... Those still in date range they also take.... Might go to other things).
Oh yes I did see that. I think that sale ends may 11.
My son is 10 months today 🥰 he's 27 .5 inches and 17-18 pounds ( small for his age)..... I'm going to get a convertible seat with the trade in program 😁☺️🙂
You can use the coupon through may 11th. The sales might rotate some regarding what is on sale, or they may run through the 11th ... But they only accept seats through the 27th

@Candice that one looks great, so when you remove your little one from the car seat. Do you transfer to stroller? I am so use to taking the car seat and locking it on the stroller exprecially if he is sleeping.
