Symptoms during first trimester

What symptoms are you experiencing? I've been noticing a metallic taste in my mouth, feeling fatigued, having a decreased appetite, and dealing with reflux all day. I'm unsure if my prenatal vitamins are making things worse 😔 I'm hesitant to take omeprazole, as the discomfort is quite severe throughout the day but I don’t want to take anything that might hurt the baby

Do these symptoms ever improve? Which trimester is typically the most challenging in terms of symptoms?

I'm worried that I'll be dealing with these issues for the entire pregnancy 😔

First trimester was hell and about 12 weeks it started getting better for sure I’m currently in my second trimester and the only big problem I’m having is ligament hip and back pain and it takes forever to get comfortable when trying to sleep I’m nervous because I hear the third trimester becomes hell again

First trimester was horrible for me ! I through up my whole first trimester leading into second a little , but it’s goes away ! definitely had some food aversions and was kinda scared to eat for a little while because of the vomiting. I think the first is typically the worst especially if your body hasn’t been through a pregnancy . If your vitamins are making them worse my doctor just said ease off of them and try to take them when you can , that could be twice a week or ounce until the sickness subsides . Also ask your doctor for zofran (nausea medication) the dissolvable ones work in 10-20 seconds. Every momma is different but my symptoms did go away , I’m 23 weeks now ! n the sickness went away but now I’m having pains with belly stretching and pelvic/hip floor pain which suckkks 😩. For me it’s one thing or another 😂

First trimester had me fighting for my life, nausea/vomiting, food aversions, metallic taste, exhaustion, but it got so much better by 11/12 weeks for me and pretty much every symptom went away by 15/16 weeks. I’ve heard that if there’s iron in your prenatal it can irritate your stomach more! I took unisom for my nausea and that helped a ton. But it hopefully will pass for you too!

Confused Over Test Result

My heads pretty blagged about this atm. I’ve had spotting & some cramping but of the 2 tests I’d have expected the clear blue one to be most accurate. Any advice?

SPPH (secondary postpartum haemorrhage) due to retained placenta -D&C?

Looking to see if anyone else has experienced this? Currently trying to pass retained tissue ( 4 weeks pp) and finding every day so exhausting just constantly waiting and checking my bleeding. I stopped bleeding on week 2.5/3 then bleeding picked up last Saturday and I haemorrhaged on Thursday morning with a rush to hospital. Everyday since I’m waking up scared I’ll be bleeding out. Worried to go toilet to check, I’m not convinced I’ll be passing it naturally and I’m worried I’ll need a D&C… has anyone had this? My retained tissue is 2cm so they said it’s small but I have no signs of passing it or blood changing colour to show slowing down.

Boy or girl?

I’ve just discovered the nub theory and this is my 4th baby. Anyone take a guess?

Palpitations and out of breath

Anyone else dealing with heart palpitations and running out of breath super quickly?

I already spoke to my midwife, and they put me on magnesium and extra electrolytes and said if it doesn’t help, to tell them again. I have my next OB appointment on Tuesday and I plan on bringing it back up when I see her then, but I feel like my shortness of breath has just gotten increasingly worse and the dizziness is now off and on when I used to not get it before.

Anyone else has that experience?

I am 30 weeks on Wednesday (March 25) with a C-section scheduled for end of May.
