My son suffers from eczema and he gets similar only his is a little higher, pretty much underneath his chin. It’s so hard to get it cleared up because of him dribbling and he also scratches it a lot. It is also prone to getting infected quite quickly so I use Dermol 500 cream on it several times a day as it has a microbial in it to help kill bacteria. Then when it’s really bad, I get a steroid cream calledDaktacort cream from the GP. Because it’s on his face or close by it, they won’t prescribe the usual steroid creams like Fucibet for it. However, Daktacort must be quite strong because they only ever prescribe that when his face is at his absolute worst. But to be honest, the Dermol 500 several times a day keeps it at bay for the most part. It does look like your little man’s neck is very close to becoming infected so definitely think the GP will prescribe something quick acting to get it under control asap. Hope you manage to get it sorted! It’s so horrible for them.
