How much water does your baby have during meal time?
I offer my baby water with his meals. I was just doing it after but he's been asking for it (signing) during meal times so I've been honouring that. My question is how much. He just asks for more and more water. Today he 300mls! Admittedly about 100 of that was split (he givss himself water with an open cup). Just asking because this seems like so much for such a tiny body! For reference he is EBF and is offered water at other times in the day too

My little girl probably has about 100ml a day x
I offer my little boy water the whole day. He’s been drinking more and more every day.
I offer at meal times so around 3 times a day
I offer at meal time and lucky to get 30ml in 😂 most time just 10ml
Mine started really well at meal times and out of an open cup - however recently has decided she just wants to dribble it all out, tried cup, beaker and bottle 🤦🏼♀️ Today my OH ended up squirting the bottle onto her tongue and she was drinking it that way and having fun - managed 50 mls. Obviously it’s not something I want her to keep doing, but needing to get water in her is important
