36 weeks pregnant and just scratched my bump…

I did this on Thursday. I walked into my stair gate & then didn’t feel the baby from 11am-4pm so I went to triage! He obviously moved as soon as the Doppler went on 🤣

he is moving like mad now but that's making me more worried like I've hurt him 🙈🥲 such a worry!!!!

They’re pretty cushioned in there, as long as he’s moving & you feel okay, I’d say you were good!! He’s probably annoyed you bumped him 🤣 xx

I hope so! I'm worried 🙈 don't want to call triage because I've called a few times they'll think I'm bloody crazy xxx

Babies are very well protected in there so it is fine. As long as you have movements that’s fine

even at 36 weeks? Gosh I'm such a worry pot with everythinf!

I opened a cupboard door really hard on my bump a few weeks ago (prob 34 weeks) which resulted in bruising and baby was fine. I was told they are cushioned in there

the amount of times my 12 month olds jumped on or kicked my bump is unreal and baby is perfectly fine in there. Incog baby will be fine you've scratched the top layers of your skin you've not pierced the bump all the way down to baby

I think they are pretty protected in the sac and layers of skin I'm sure baby is okay as long movements are all okay.
