Hot tub
I went in a hot tub today for around 90 mins, had no clue that they were bad and now I’m in a google hole absolutely panicking 😢
I know there’s nothing I can do now so there’s no point stressing but has anyone used a hot tub in the first trimester before and their baby been okay?
I’m 6 weeks. I didn’t feel too hot and had my arms out most of the time, I just wish I didn’t bother now 😭

I imagine you will be absolutely fine from what you've said 🥰 people do allllll the things they aren't meant to do in the first trimester, before they know better or before they even know they are pregnant! Including drinking, smoking, eating the foods you are meant to avoid etc and are absolutely fine. You're aware going forward and that's what matters now x
