I have to admit I do not hold back esp from sugar/carbs but I think I general I just eat to ensure I am getting nutrition I need but somehow I am gaining too much. I don’t want to eat LESS and risk under-feeding my baby and her nutrition needs so I overdo it for caution.like I eat 4 eggs for choline and omega ( normally this would be too much esp with the yolks)

My ob also expressed concerns about my weight gain (I’m 21 weeks) so I’ve increased my exercise routine. I’m doing prenatal yoga twice weekly, walking more, and playing pickle ball to keep my weight down. I haven’t changed my diet much, just been more active.

Do you know what the recommend weight gain amount is at 21-23 weeks?

I've gained 8 kg in 23 weeks (think thats about 17 pounds). My OB was not worried at all as long as I continue walking, pilates, eating right etc

My ob told me you should gain a pound a week and it’s normal!!

I didn't gain weight until week 28 and by 10 weeks I had gained 40lbs. Every body is different, I seriously wouldn't stress 😘

Following so I can know more

I gained at least 12 lbs and I’m pretty petite, I think that’s normal!!

I’ve gained more than 15kgs and I’m 24 weeks pregnant so I have this concern too. I think it’s okay though, as long as we’re not absolutely stuffing ourselves. Although I must admit I do eat for 2 now x

I gained 10lbs in 18weeks and i am really watching my diet and working out.
