Vomiting

For the last week and a half my 11m old has been weird with food and is vomiting after certain bottle feedings. I don’t know if it’s a stomach virus because she doesn’t go anywhere and neither do I & she doesn’t have any other symptoms. Should I be concerned ?

I currently have a flu with a low grade fever and my baby doesn't have a fever but he's had no appetite for food so we've been giving lots of bottles the last few days.
