Just got semen analysis results

Hi everyone, my husband just got his results back and it doesn't look too good. pH is 8.5 What are some ways to reduce that? Kinetics is 29. Even after searching the Internet I am not sure what it is and why it's important. Sperm motility 39. He did get referred to an urologist. Any thoughts/ideas how to make his sperm better? Any experience with this? Any encouraging words? Thank you 🙏

I’m not too sure what the ph 8.5 is but my partner first got diagnosed with azoospermia as he wasn’t producing any sperm. We started working with a nutritionist who recommended taking male fertility supplements and going on a low inflammatory healthy diet as well as icing the testicles everyday. Also focused on reducing stress. Walnuts and tomatoes are also great for male fertility. He started producing sperm again but at low levels. we are still on our fertility journey but we managed to get 9 high quality embryos from our IVF through ICSI. To be honest as long as your partner is producing sperm you have options for IVF which is good news. The urologist will give you more insights into the results and will also look into why that’s the case. Good luck with it all 🤞🏻

Thank you! My husband is allergic to walnuts but I heard Brazil nuts in moderation are great. Thank you! Good luck on your journey ^^

You need 3 Brazil nuts a day for selenium. Get a male specific prenatal vitamin as the zinc is higher. Ditch saturated fats, have mono saturated fats (avo, olive oil etc) and oily fish for omega 3. Reduce or remove gluten. No processed meats or refined carbs. 👊🏼

Give him proxeed men one schate in morning in orange one in evening in orange juice. It’s extremely effective. Also give him omaga 3 high dose and ubiquinol 400mg solgar Alpha lip pic acid 650 mg NAC 600 mg All these really help my husband his count extremely increased from 48 million to 359.60 million so you should take these too. Best of luck
