Debt Collection

A debt collector tried to serve me papers for a lawsuit and they were unsuccessful. Does that mean they can’t move forward with the lawsuit?

I believe that they can still put it in the mail, but double check that information. Been There I filed bankruptcy wouldn’t wish that on my enemy. Maybe try to work out a payment plan

The person that went to drop off the court papers and wanted someone to sign but since no one did she left.
