Anybody have any advice for warts my son is getting them constantly & they keep spreading the pediatrician said they'd go away & not to worry but if I was concerned to go to a dermatologist

From what Ik it could be from cats and them spreading around that virus from their urine
He's only 1 they say he's too young for all the wart treatments
