Hayfever?

Our toddler was out over the weekend with the good weather and like any child he was rolling in grass and picking flowers, not long after the running nose and itchy eyes started. But today he’s needed a nap (been nap free for a while) and he’s starting to cough and his tantrums have been next level, hayfever or headcold? 🤔 Me and my partner have never had hayfever so we don’t know if this is what it is or if he’s getting unwell.
