Meal Prep

I’m trying to meal prep for my lunches while on MAT leave so I’m not just snacking/eating crap basically. Any one have any ideas for simple/easy lunches that I can prep in advance? The picture was a tandoori chicken thigh, whole meal rice, grilled corn and some green beans tossed in homemade mango chutney 🤤 I’m out of ideas and need some inspiration! 🫶🏽

Quiches and fritattas, veg sticks and hummus, PB on toast, chilli, curry, tuna pasta salad... I do a lot of food on my insta plant.based.emma if that helps.

@Flower I use the 2 drawer Ninja … all I’d say is get a 2 drawer one. Invaluable! xx
