Symptoms disappearing

Hi! I found out I was pregnant last week and am currently 4+4. I had very sore boobs from 10dpo but today they seem to be a lot less sore and tender. Coincidentally today was the day I started spotting with my previous miscarriage, so I am very very on edge. I don’t have any spotting or cramping like last time and my line is very dark still. Is it normal for some symptoms to subside this early on?

Yes it can be normal for symptoms to come and go. My boobs won’t hurt one day and the next day I move and they hurt. I am now 11 weeks and it still happens. It’s hormones that fluctuate. Also everyone’s pregnancy is different. I know how you feel I had 3 miscarriages last year. Some people also don’t get any symptoms or some don’t get any till 6-8 weeks. Give it a week and test again xx

Yeah it’s very normal! Especially being so early you’ll find you won’t get ‘lasting’ symptoms until around 5/6 weeks and they typically then calm down by second trimester x

Panic seems to be over! Sore boobs were back by lunch time… does a pregnancy post miscarriage get easier or is it this rollercoaster for the whole of 9 months…?

I had a miscarriage when I was younger and fell pregnant 11 years later and I still had worry there, like I’d constantly be thinking it wasn’t going to progress but I found it ok, just the normal anxiety. I’ve had two chemicals after having my daughter and with them being so fresh, I’m terrified to be pregnant again because I know it’s going to be so hard. Hopefully things will ease off for you. I calmed down after seeing baby with my daughter so maybe that will help x

These comments also helped me. I knew I would be anxious being pregnant again post miscarriage but I keep telling myself because today I feel ok I’m not pregnant anymore. It’s bloody awful. Xx
