Can you lie her on the floor on a white sheet and take it from above. I am sure that they are much more lenient for baby photos
Yeh I did my babes passport photo with him laid on a white sheet at home. You do need their birth certificate to send off with the form just fyi. That was what slowed things down for me slightly x
Yeah, as everyone said, you can take it on your phone with a white background. They aren't that strict. They accepted my own photo taken on my phone for my passport renewal. Also, they're very quick with sending new passports. Both mine & my LGs came back in under 2 weeks👌🏾
We went to a max spielman at tescos Bridlington and they did LO’s passport photos for £12.99. Pretty sure snappyfish in town do this also x

I went to Tesco and got his picture done at the photo shop on the left as you enter the store. They were fantastic and our first picture got rejected (they were overly picky) and they happily took new ones free of charge for us!
We took ours at home holding her up against white wall, they rejected the first one but you do get a chance to put a comment on it when you resubmit and basically wrote "she's 4 months old, this is as good as it's going to get" and the accepted the 2nd even though I don't think it was much different!
You can take photos at home on a plain white background/cloth and upload them. We got our children's passports as soon as their births were registered and took the photos ourselves
