Formula Milk Options

I'm finding it hard to store enough breast milk for my baby because I don't produce much anymore. Going to work might be the reason, as breastfeeding often boosts supply. I tried formula, but Stella doesn't like it even when she's really hungry. Any tips from others who've been through this? Thanks!
