Hair cut

My daughter is almost 2 and a half. We have not cut her hair at all. Her hair is curly some it is just a hair longer than in the picture but it is still very short compared to other 2 year olds I see. When she was born she did have a little bit of hair and of course lost the small amount of hair on the back from sleeping it has since grown back but it is just so short. Any recommendations on how to help it grow? I want to be able to do hairstyles with her hair but it is too short for most

My oldest has straight hair, but it really didn't start growing until she was 2. One thing I did that I think helped was adding vitamin E oil to her hair. That and time seemed to help. And now, at 4, her hair is down to her waist

Sleeping on a satin pillow case, sheet and using a bonnet will help with breakage. I would say just keeping her hair moisturized with a light leave in conditioner is enough for her fine hair. The satin sheet was a game changer for my sons hair growth

Thank you both! I will try these out and hopefully her hair grows some more. This momma just wants to give her cut hairstyles lol

My daughters is really similar! It does grow but it’s taking it’s sweet time lol. I am really looking forward to styling it too but then also know I’ll spend years doing her hair in the end so maybe enjoy how easy it is right now!
