Implantation??

I had the slightest surge in LH but it’s hard to tell if I even ovulated. I use the Premom app and all my readings were “low” I did experience a small surge when I was supposed to ovulate and then another small surge recently of 0.37 and experienced smell aversion, nausea, heavier breasts, breast leakage, and some lightheadedness, and lightning crotch????? Ever since I gave birth in 2023 my cycles have been wonky, and each cycle seems different. But I’m most concerned about the lightning crotch, I can feel it in my cervix. I’m about 12 DPO possibly, and still a BFN as of yesterday :/
