Question about snap and Chat support
I got a call today about being able to get snap, and he said I got it since I don't have any income(it only has me on it! ) my kids aren't on it . (HE NEVER ASKED IF I HAD KIDS!) dhs won't start child support right? From what I found online, if I put the kids on it DHS would start child support, but I didn't tell them about the kids. So I should be okay, right? And it won't start??
Idk if different in your state but here no only if u ay for cash assistance too snap all kids should be added or u could be in trouble dad shouldn't be required to pay child support unless u getting the cash assistance too but u should add kids right away will mean lots more food for u and kids
