Miscarriage or period confused
Pregnancy test on 13th 1-2 weeks pregnant
Pregnancy test on 26th 1-2 weeks pregnant
In between I've bled for over a week. Clots have come out. Stopped bleeding all of a sudden got a random bleed again and backache. Bleeding is brown and random bits bright red. Little confusing.
What's going on?

@Lauren I've suddenly been in severe pain on my right side. Luckily I was able to drive to the hospital straight away so just waiting.

@Lauren they didn't even know if I was having a miscarriage or not. So got a scanned booked in a few days time.
They did the same for me. They did two scans a few days apart to check for growth and heartbeat xx

I would contact the epau or gp for advice and an early scan to determine the cause. It could be something like a hematoma around baby which shouldn’t be harmful but can cause bleeding and ofcourse worry you. I unfortunately had a miscarriage this week and have only now started bleeding and passing clots/tissue. However baby stopped growing at 5 weeks gestation (4 weeks ago) but I am still testing positive. The hcg levels will slowly decline as the body miscarries. Hope all goes okay with you and this pregnancy x
